Galileo S.p.A. among the 800 Italian top performers

For the third consecutive year, thanks to its excellent results, the company is among the 800 Champion Companies that drive the Italian economy. The survey carried out by ItalyPost for L'Economia of Corriere della Sera confirms Galileo S.p.A. in the ranking of the best-performing Italian SMEs between 2012 and 2018 in the 20-120 million turnover bracket.

The 800 Champions were selected from the Aida-Bureau Van Dijk and Infocamere Business Register databases, covering companies with a 2018 turnover of between 20 and 120 million and referring to the last six financial statements filed (2012-2018). The selection criteria, in addition to turnover, are:

– aggregate average growth (CAGR) 2012-2018 of at least 4.25%;
– average annual gross industrial profit (EBITDA) over the last three financial years of at least 9.72% of turnover;
– “excellent” rating, i.e. between triple B and triple A, based on the rating assigned by the rating agency Modefinance;
– average NFP/EBITDA ratio below 2.8.

The data collected crown Galileo S.p.A., for the third consecutive year, among the 800 Italian top-performing SMEs.
